Whether delivered in a classroom or online, we offer the same quality and content for our instructor-led courses.

With our live online sessions you will get 100% practical based and interactive training. Trainer's screen will be visible on your screen and you will be able to see what practical a trainer is executing and you will be able to hear the trainer, in return trainer will be able to hear you to clear your doubts.

The savings in travel costs and convenience of receiving the same great training content remotely make online instructor-led IT KART classes a feasible and attractive option.

Unless specified otherwise, students are expected to provide their own systems in both classroom and online classes. Students may either use an existing system setup or can follow instructions provided by IT KART to prepare a fresh installation for a class. A virtual machine may suffice in most cases, but IT KART is not responsible for providing tech support on the use or deployment of virtualization environments as it is beyond the reasonable scope of training.

Unless specified otherwise, instructor-led online classes are scheduled for 6pm-2am Indian Time, while classroom sessions are scheduled for 10am-6pm in local time zones. Instructor-led classes typically require students to register as early as possible to allow timely delivery of class manuals. If registration is completed less than 2 weeks before the class start date, expedited shipping and processing fees may be charged if applicable.
IT KART does not gives examinations in its classes but assignments might be provided from time to time.

All students who complete the registration and evaluation survey for a class will receive a Certificate of Completion via email indicating the course title and if applicable, dates of attendance.
No. IT KART does not permit recording and/or reuse of its copyrighted material.
The exact size of a Linux classroom training will depend on classroom facilities and enrollment. Generally, we try to keep the number of students at or below 5 for live online instructor led classes to ensure a higher level of student-instructor interaction and to facilitate assistance from instructors during lab exercises.
We will do all the arrangements for you if you wish to join regular classroom program. Applicable fees can be paid directly to the Hostel or Paying Guest Accommodation.

IT KART accepts all major debit & credit cards for payment of registration fees.

For international students we also accept Western Money Transfer and Paypal. Indian Students can also deposit their fees in our accounts and provide us valid payment proof. So that we can verify that the payment is made by the student.
For instructor-led training sessions (whether classroom or online), a students needs to update atleast 2 weeks prior to course commencement date.
If you have more than two students registering for a class, contact us about our multi-enrollment discounts.

All students must be enrolled in the same class in the same venue.

For instructor-led training sessions (whether classroom or online), refunds can only be granted for cancellation requests received at least 14 calendar days prior to the start date of the class and are subject to a 3% processing fee. Cancellation requests should be submitted to info@itkart.org and include the registration number and name on the order.

If you are unable to attend an instructor-led class, you have to inform the trainer atleast 2 hours before the class so that backup class for you can be scheduled.

Rescheduling may be allowed for instructor-led classes if the request is received more than 14 calendar days before start date of a class. No guarantees can be made as to when the next possible session of a course will be scheduled. Such rescheduling can be done twice without incurring penalties. If rescheduling is requested less than 14 calendar days before the class starts, the student will be assessed a 50 percent penalty fee. The fee must be paid before the class can be retaken. The same penalty will be assessed if rescheduling is requested more than twice, even if it is done with more than 14 calendar days notice before class.

If it meets the minimum requirements, students can use their existing system setup, or they can follow instructions provided by IT KART to prepare a fresh installation for a class. In most cases, a virtual machine should suffice.

We suggest that you arrive early enough to make sure that your computer equipment is setup correctly and that you are ready to begin the class at the scheduled time.
